[Could not update account information]

I was doing some solo Cryotic farm on Tikal;Earth with limbo for like 40 minutes with 17 digs completed, had around 1600+ cryotic, then I went to extract and  got this message, waited for like 10 minutes and nothing happened, returned to my ship and got nothing.
I was trying to look for fixes online and found nothing, but I find that this problem may be caused by the mobile app, because I did open the app while I was in mission to check how manny Cryotic I have already.
So yeah maybe was my fault, but I never had this issue for over 1500+ hours.
