[game keeps crashing after gauss patch]

This is happening to me as well.  For me the Warframe client immediately closes.  Almost like an alt-f4.  Is that what you are experiencing?

It may also help if you have a Nekros or one of your teammates do a well since the Desecrate ability can increase the amount of beacons that are dropped.

That makes sense.  Mobile defenses with nekros, will do.

I am trying to farm for Hydroid but my beacon farming hasn't been that successful.  I was wondering if you guys had any insight on the subject.  I've been doing mostly defense missions but that has landed me with almost 20 deltas and only a few of the other beacons.  Any suggestions?
