[Twitch problems??]

Why didnt i get the winter soltice salix syandana even though i watched the game award from beginning till end??is it because it has a limited amount??or twitch got problems?? Or is it for pc only?? Please help me.. or is it has other steps tht i didnt follow??? I already link my twitch acc long time ago.. so didnt think that was the problem :)
