My system is low end, i3 2120  8gb ran and a 750ti, it's almost a 50/50 split. I see no issue. It playes fine, has been the same for a year and a half. Un park your CPU and disable c-State, set GPU to adaptive.

Turn the ingame settings down. Turn the particles to low and off. And new thermal paste. Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme works great. Adjust the Nvidia settings as well.

I'm on 398.11 and it plays perfect. Msi afterburner is OC is at core v 5mv. Power 100 temp 85 core 150 memory 300 with adjusted fan curve.
