Loot as in like orokin cells you have to use to build certain stuff, or do you mean quest rewards, like that kind of loot?

If you mean materials, and if you have a blueprint for the quest, then it should tell you what parts you need to build it.

For example, a Oberon Oryx helmet needs one orokin cell, and say, 750 plastids, then you would know what resources you need. 

Warframe Wiki helps a lot. I apologize if i wasn't much help.
