[problems with twitch drops.]

I watched nine free for 3 hours (almost) and did not win anything, I'm watching several toodic lives for 3 hours (or almost and hours) hoping to win KHORA and there was absolutely nothing (not a single glyph showcase). and my account has always been linked to twitch.tv, so I guess I'm having a problem. I wonder if they can check this, and wanted to know if anyone else is with this problem ?. Thank you (at least for reading "I'm Brazilian").
