When running bounties with friends, we discovered a bug that doesn't allow the vault to open after the mission has been completed. It happened twice in a row so far and it has occurred on different difficulty levels.

I read that one of the hold ups for PoE was the voice acting for the new Gara quest. It has been completed so maybe we'll see PoE in the next couple of days.

No. There is a bug with being unable to damage enemies at all with rifle/pistol (this is based off my tiberon prime/Lato vandal). No damage numbers are showing when the enemy is supposed to be taking damage.
