Perhaps i was a little vage in the OP warframes Playerbase is not dying not even remotely.
Take Call of Duty as an example
It holds a very strong playerbase
But with almost every new game the core of CoD weakens evermore.
Why is it in this case the players fault? Warframes community is seen as toxic and hostile by many, even other tenno. every time i visit the foums i see people attacking one another over what game mode they want to play.
And many times I would play an eidolon/Orb hunt commonly meet players who believe them self above any other who wanted to have fun.
Why did. Steve get so excited to see Vets returning to play railjack
Why did these OG Tenno leave in the first place?
Was it perhaps, the game they fell in love with has changed so drasticly over the years?
Furthermore i know my idea of a solution is mostly unliked thats why im encouraging YOU to also come up with your own ideas and share them here. Id love to see your ideas. (Dark sector was not the best idea, just a starting point)

Warframe isn't dying. Not by a long shot. The ~40000 players on steam constantly is proof of that. What you're talking about here is something I kind of agree with, but in no way does this mean the game is dying. Might want to change up that topic name.
I never said Warframe player base was dwindling. Warframes Core focus is.
I thought long and hard about that topic name and I strongly believe it fits.

Dear Digital Extremes Stop, with each update Warframes core gameplay loop becomes more and more diluted/ watered-down. with every addition of content, Warframe further degrades in its integrity. When I and many other players joined Warframes community for the first time. this game had a focus on becoming a "space ninja". what has it become now? I'm not referring to Railjack
I'm talking about Warframe at its core "Ninjas Play Free" . I ask you DE when was the last time that you felt like a ninja playing Warframe? and not a nearly unkillable Demigod?
DE many of us understand that the majority of changes made to Warframe are done to please the extremely vocal majority. Many of these changes actively kill or harm any challenge Warframe had,
the removal of stamina, the countless damage buffs to both Warframes and weapons and the constant additions for ways to nuke-spam a map.
Stop adding to the problem, and start fixing it. stop buffing every already OP player. And start introducing actual consequences, for your feet with an automatic rocket launcher.
Start fixing the "good enough" state of the game.
An idea. perhaps not everyone will like but I'm open to constructive feedback.
using Conclave based Mods and stat balancing, in a PvE environment. (Not adding a PvE mode to conclave.)
but using the ground work of the conclave in a standard warframe mission. perhaps even rewarding players for not being detected and not killing enemies.
ammo and health are limited and thus a valuable resource.
enemies should be fewer in number and in turn stronger in damage.
bring back the limited stamina, reduced speed and Cover system from Dark sector.
this I'm my own take on a solution. Not the only one
if anyone has any feedback feel free to share. But if you only intend on mindlessly yelling and aggression, this post is not for you.

I do enjoy Conclave.
I agree that it needs a rework, however movement is a major feature to warframe, and i see no problem with it in the "Clave"
I belive that more "party"modes will provide better playability to Concalve. Think about it, a Juggernaut styiled game mode or somthing on the lines of Infection.
Maby A more classic styile of game mode players can use custom warframes, however Health, Armour and Shields are at a set amount. While Powers and Weapons are pickups.
Given DE has history in Unreal T. I Imagine this might not be to difficult for them.
I Commonly hear about conclave players being Toxic. However i rarely see it these days. More of less ive seen more hostility from the PvE side of the game, just the other day i saw a Mr20 tell a Mr7 that they "best bow noob" or "hurry up peasents your being carried"
Compaired to Eidilon hunts, ive seen better manners in Conclave.
Remember when warframe had a better playerbase? one that wasnt overun by Egomaniacs? I do, and i want to go back.

While i have had unplesent encounters in conclave.
Ive still prefer geting killed by a frost with a whip meta.
Than some mr 20+ telling everyone how hes carrying them and calling weaker players peasnts.
Any time i even remark the term "conclave" in chat i feel like im getting the stinkeye.
Its at a point where i dont want to do kuva survival or Orb/eidilon hunts solely because of the PvE player base.
On another note i rarely hear a conclavist complain about nerfs
Zaws were recently removed and a hand full were upset.
But i hear a Op kitgun getting a small nerf, and its the END of life as we know it.
True conclave could use a few reworks. Its playerbase can be hostile at times. But id rather deal with that. Than some dude calling me a pu**y becuse I wont go for a 2 hour kuva run. Or calling me Trash because i cannot kill all three eidilons in under a few mins.
Im sorry for wanting to enjoy unliked aspects of Waframe

I Think that adding more cosmetic
Items such as, more weapon skins, Warfame Conclave skins and Conclave landing craft skins may assist in drawing in more players. I played conclave ONLY for the skins. It feels good using them because they must be earned. Adding more would only be a benifit.
