Same here I have had it happen 4-6 times now to where I can't scan anything in a mission. Synthesis scanners are in position one on the wheel if that means anything.

Can confirm Loki switch will work, even on the people that get stuck at the bottom. Also noticed that it wasn't everyone of them would fall it seems like it is random if the will fall or not.

That sucks hardcore. Still the only drop from Stalker I don't have so I know the feels right now.

Yeah same bug, should probably be looked at. I am going to do the Loki switching once a guild mate logs on.

While playing I noticed that if not aiming down the sights, sometimes the gun would fire without raising your hand to show you are shooting. The gun stays at your side the whole time while firing. Linked is a gif of the bug. I have no idea if this has been reported or not thought I would put it in here as I haven't had it happen prior to this patch.
