    Bit of snow and the whole country falls apart, schools close, public transport can't cope, people trying to stock up. Just gets a little sad when other countries handle snow just fine.

    we are kinda special when it comes to handling any kind of weather change xD

    Me:with the last account i closed just a few weeks ago i did not need anything like this i simply requested the account to be closed and it was done. if there are any questions you have then you can ask me them here as i will not be giving out any phone numbers.

    Me:then you need to go and get someone who does because i have NO PHONE NUMBER! and you are refusing to close my account on my request and since my account is linked to my bank account you are surely commiting an offence and breach of terms.

    Me:then go get your supervisor or forward me to them since you are legaly required to close my account on demand and you are refusing to do so and if that is at the request of someone you are working under i would like to speak to this person.

    As you can see i tried my best to get this account closed and they refused me at every turn dispite me offering all my bank info [the only info on the account] and all they would do is request a phone number from me and since i do not own a phone and it's not up to me to get another persons phone number [if they would even allow me to do so] he just ran in circles... just a few weeks ago i closed my first account with them and i used this exact same method and i did not suffer any of this S#&$ as soon as i got my frost prime i ended the account within a day. Where i live [England] companies can NOT refuse your request to close the account and the fact that my only bank account is likely to be charged for prime access i am #*($%%@... as you can see in the end he just ran off and refused to communicate further. the S#&$ i do for soma and i didn't even get it xD

     

    take care when making an account as they refuse to let you close it now unless you have a phone number that you can give out.
