    I haven't played in years, just installed the game and I have massive stuttering issues. 

    Enhanced engine + DX12

    RTX 4080
    AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
    32GB 3600 Mhz
    Playing on an SSD

    I really don't think it's my system at all.
