[Index Endurance bug]

I'm having issues with the game freezing on the rewards screen at the end of every index endurance match. Sounds continue as do some animation but I cannot acces any menus and have to exit and relaunch the game every time. Please help!!!

Game freezes on reward screen at end of index endurance match. Sounds and animation continue playing but unable to control player or access any menus. Have to re-launch game every time
