well maybe not quite "useless" but there still isn't really a reason to use him over any other frame in certain situations. Giving him energy regen might not make him the best but at least I feel it will level the playing field a bit more.

I definitely can agree with this and it would help if the hallowed ground followed him around. Also this isn't just about fixing his own energy consumption, its about making him a more productive team member with more than a heal that's not as good as trinity's and an armor buff you have to be there for at the time of casting on top of it not really helping all that much.

I think if hallowed ground gave an energy regen that maybe scaled with power strength it could help fix his energy consumption as well as makes him a bit more viable as a support. This could even be a replacement augment for his hallowed ground seeing as you want hallowed ground up as long as possible and getting rid of it for a bit of extra damage doesn't quite seem worth it. Also this gives an alternative to trinity, who is dominating the energy supply game, while having some amount of CC and armor stripping.
