[Hardware fail]

I'm running into the exact same issue. I can go maybe for 30 minutes without my game crashing. I've already contacted support about this and ran gpu stress tests, disk checks, ram checks etc and we just ran into dead ends. I have no idea what's causing this.

I'm also having issues with both Handspring and Constitution on certain enemies, it worked in simulacrum and against commander enemies for me but failed everywhere else.

[Companion Melee Riven Mod Issue (Solved)]

So I don't know if this belongs in bug or not but I recently bought a Companion riven from Simaris and it turned out to be a Companion Melee Riven Mod. The challenge is to Sustain a 3x melee combo multiplier for 30s with an active pet present. Now the issue I ran into is that its impossible to do since helios doesn't count as a pet and the riven is only equip able on deconstructor.

P.S. So the solution for anyone else having this issue is to use loadout randomizer to place deconstructor on a moa

[Sands of Inaros Dialogue loop when returning first urn to tomb]

So I've been having this issue where after Baro's dialogue ends, no kavats spawn and the female speaker repeats her dialogue. It has become impossible to complete this mission. This still happens after optimization and restarts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
