Hey the staff of DE or someone that read this ticket happy new years, but thats not the reason why im posting this ticket.
As the topic says i just want to find out how long does an "in-game chat suspension" takes to end, becuase its already been 24 hours n i need the chat so i can interact with my clan mates. And to use trade chat becuase thats the only way i can obtain plat.
SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Hi, I am posting this forum to inform u about a problem that has been affecting my launcher for the last 3 days.
I tried reinstalling the game twice and the problem is still occurring.
Please fix this problem because I really enjoy this game and I am excited for the new contents.

I tested a theory i found its our profile thats buuged becaused i logged into my brother profile on my pc and the chat was working. Then when i logged back into my profile it was still bugged.

Still have a bug since the update came out my chat is bugged. It just have a loading symbol at the top right corner of the chat box. Please help me.

Hello im am sending this report to inform you about a bug that accoured for the first time since after the Hydroid rework came out (Yesterday). Well i was trying to do some trades, when i pressed the chat botton (T) all i see is a loading symbol at the top right corner of the chat box and they were no sign of clan chat, recruiting chat etc. I am still experiencing the problem and i just really want help in fixing the problem.
