I haven't run across this problem in a long time, but have you possibly tried changing your control settings in-game to see if maybe that will fix it? Mine fixed itself after restarting my console but that was a few years ago on a PS4.
I opened the controller settings but didn't see an option to remap the controller. I'll try a full restart later and update if it worked

New update released, new primes and stuff. Yay!
However, with the update came a very annoying bug. When I ran a mission with the same controller I always use, I could not bullet jump, double jump, or switch between my primary and secondary weapons. When I connect a different controller to the system, the game works fine (however, I'm not a fan of the other one). I have tried connecting my controller to another Xbox, and then back to my system to no effect the bugs remain. I know it isn't local on my end, because my brother had the same issue (he gave me the controller swap fix)
anyone else have the issue?

War's default energy has changed from blue to red, and while attacking, the channeling effect (a trail of energy that follows the blade) is always on. there is no way to get rid of the trail

After the new updates there have been a few issues with the War sword.
When in use it appears to always channel, regardless if channeling is in use or not.
Default energy color has been changed to red.

With the recent updates there’s been an issue with the War sword. It’s one of my favorite weapons both because of the lore and it’s ability to kill. I like to use it in its default colors (like stalker) and the default energy color has changed from the blue to a red. Any advice for that will be appreciated. Also, (the main issue) no matter what I do with it, while I swing it around it always has the channeling energy effects. It doesn’t consume energy, but I’m not a fan of the energy that comes off the blade. I know it’s a minor issue, but if anyone has found a fix, please help!

Hi guys, I'm starting this off by saying this is a really really minor problem, but it still bugs me.
so the new update brought a lot of features that I think I'll have a lot of fun with, but as someone who also focuses on looking as good as I can, these new color slots are throwing a lot off. I happen to be a big fan of the stalker and have all the gear/armor to make a Shadow Stalker clone. I had used everything on default because that's how it looks on stalker. This update changed the default energy color on war to red instead of the blue it shows in the arsenal/codex. I tried just changing the color but it added these energy waves that I'm not a fan of. Any ideas of what happened or when a fix will happen?
