No i just logged on and changed weapons and it was just there

I logged on to warframe and my account is mastery rank 13 but i was changing weapons and noticed i had the opticor(a MR14 weapon) im able to mod it and customize it but i just want to know if this is a glitch or a gift and ever since i found out ive owned it i cant play it always says match full even if i go on solo
Edit: I am now able to play online but still own the weapon

When this weeks new acts started me and a friend did the 30 minute survival but the challenge was not completed. I had reset my console and it still wasnt completed so i did it again and this time it was done but i never got the standing. Im afraid to do more challenges because i dont want to do them and not get the standing and not earn any rewards.
