[Not receiving number of intrinsics stated from end mission screen]

I am not getting the stated intrinsic reward at the end of the missions, and it is happening consistently.

Hello,

I've been playing Warframe for a couple years, and this is my first time using these forums.  I've accumulated quite a few rivens over the time I have played, and I'd like to get a riven for every weapon.  There is a cycle of having to get rid of rivens as I continue to accrue them, and this is tedious.  I heard Tactical Potato mention the issue in one of his videos, but I'm curious if this is something the developers are considering.

[Cannot even start Mask of the Revenant Quest]

I cannot take the Revenant quest either. I have met both of the requirements to accept the quest.
