Unfortunately, I could not really see anyone using the third ability you currently have listed. Replacing it with Chrono Barrier or Reversal would be more useful.
Personally I'd like to see it if his 4 Either aged them to death, or did the Reversal to confuse them, and replace the 3 with the Chrono Barrier. Overall though, pretty good job! -
Run everything with the Steel Meridian sigil and only do alerts for both Steel Meridian and Cephalon Suda. Don't do Arbiters' or Red's alerts. The Steel sigil will slightly counteract the loss from the Cephalon alerts, while giving you extra on any other mission. Thus, you always gain Steel, Sometimes Gain Cephalon and Arbiters, and either gain extra or lose less Red.

I have come across 2 bugs recently. I did a little searching to see if any posts have already been made about these, but I didn't look too hard as I don't have much time, and I didn't want to forget to post them.
First: While using Hydroid's Undertow ability, you cannot use Z (or whatever key you have it bound to) to reveal the health and names of teammates. As soon as Undertow ends, you can press it normally. This only happens while in Undertow, as far as I have seen.
Second: I did find a similar post about an immobilization bug while being downed, but it wasn't very specific and may have been different. After being downed, the player is unable to move or shoot, and, upon being revived by a teammate, the player is still unable to move, shoot, or use abilities; however, if any movement keys are pressed, the character will still walk/run in place. If the player is downed again or revived, it remains on them. The only way to remove the bug is to completely die and use a revive. This bug seems to be really hard to recreate, and has been seemingly completely random for me.
Edit: I also found a third bug, that I'm not sure the cause of this one either. For some reason the shields on my own frame disappear permanently throughout the mission, even after being downed. This third bug and the second have been witnessed by both my friend and I.
Edit 2: In reference to the second bug, I have found that if you let an Idle Animation start, you can move forward 1 step, each time the animation goes.
