[Baruuk's helmet not showing on Vixx's shoulder]

I finally got a kuva lich, but Excalibur's helmet shows up on his shoulder instead of Baruuk's helmet since i captured him as Baruuk

[I can't start a party or be in a party]

This has been happening since Monday or Tuesday. Whenever I invite someone or accept someone's invite and join, I automatically get kicked out of the squad no matter what, seconds later. Why is that? Can you help me?
