    Brozime's tone has changed in his recent videos because of it. Jizo's videos as well. So I take it they understood that.

    Finally someone with their head screwed on at least half way. But no, there's no need to change. Not for me personally anyways, I can't speak for others regarding that. The core issue at the end of the day is DE is one of the worst managed game dev studios. Staff still on payroll and former employees commonly criticize how poor management is. Playerbase who have a lick of sense can see most of the issues in releases are due to poor management from the get-go and in some areas, sheer laziness.

     

    Remember when POE came out? The bug testing team criticized other teams for not providing them appropriate information so they had a generalized idea of what to look for. So we ended up with a progression object spawning underneath the map after launch because nobody thought to test that.

     

    Remember when War Within came out? Scott openly scolded the teams working on it because they did such a god awful job at the quest. I'm not gonna say he's never done anything, credit where it's due, Scott's the singular reason why War Within is even playable because he had to spend over a week fixing it prior to launch. But the point is there are staff who are either really terrible at their job, or really lazy with it. THOSE are the staff being criticized more harshly and to be blind to that because people don't have names to point the finger specifically towards is foolish.

     

    The criticism is justified most of the time. Being upset by it is on a personal basis. Remember, offence is always taken -- and nothing in any industry is above being scrutinized

    Scott was literally crying over receiving criticism. Like. All of it.

     

    Might be reassuring for you, but that's definitely not a good sign. Especially with his comment on how him and other staff who don't wanna see critique just forward it elsewhere so it's either lost to the void or known infamously toxic staff members are the ones having to respond to it. This is deliberate. That's not good. Not good at all.

    Imagine wanting to buy a ticket to stay at home, a half-decent accessory you'll never wear again after a week. An emote you'll never use. And giving a bad company your money to keep doing bad things.

     

    Yeah. Man. Imagine spending over 25 USD just to buy the two items you want from Baro Ki'teer. Maybe dupes of one item. /Slowclap

    A passionate player community that is willing to share ideas and to offer criticism is dismissively labeled "backseat developers"...too funny. DE just asked for community input on the next Warframe...from the "backseat developers"...

    The fix...pay all those passionate players to work for a company...yep...employ thousands of people so they are not "backseat developers"...too funny. Well, I guess most of these new employees would already be connected via the internet and probably many of them would have video capability.

     

    Design Council is not in the thousands.

    Since you mentioned it. After that first mission I did some looking into it. After I bought the mod from the relay, I equipped my Cernos Prime (fully modded). I left and returned to my orbiter. Maxed the mod. Keep in mind I bought duplicates of it, so I had 3 extra unranked ones sitting around. Equipped the MAXED one onto my bow and re-mod the whole damn thing cuz leaving the relay somehow unequipped all my mods already on it. Enter mission, game is using one of the unranked duplicates. Of which I only found out later.

     

    Mod works but it could use an extra second of duration for its buff due to aiming requirements if you wanted to chain shots. However the mod loadout bugs is just.... what the hell....? This is a first.

    DE your mod is not working correctly. Fix it. The buff duration is 0.1. Duration of buff listed on mod is 2 seconds.

     

    How do you let this happen? Sincerely, how the heck do you allow this to slip?

     

    Edit: Will be recording solo gameplay footage of the mods effect in action shortly.

    Cool, now we can wait on the hotfixes over the next half-week to make this poorly coded mess into something playable. Hopefully fun, even. Still lots of players who wont bother hopping on until then anyways because of the standard DE track record. Not gonna hop on to do a job. I'll hop on when it's a game. Games are fun. Jobs are not.
