I submitted a support ticket asking them to update my email address. I supplied all the necessary information but it's been 13 days and I haven't even gotten a response. Any ideas on how I can get a response from support? I don't understand why it's so difficult to change my email address on my account.

I'm creating this post to see if my relics are worth selling to other players, or if I should just use them myself. I haven't played in a long time and just started playing again to find out some prime stuff has been put into the prime vault. In my annoyance I stupidly sold all my vaulted prime parts to the relay vendor for his currency. Oh well. I just learned that I have a bunch of relics that are on the "vaulted" list, and it people actually want them I'd be willing to sell them. Please let me know if any of these are worth anything or not. If not I'll just keep them and use them. Thanks!

I'm in a similar boat and support is incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. The drop went to an account that was not linked to my twitch account so I sent a ticket. First they told me my twitch account is connected to two warframe accounts and that the first one got the drop and they won't help but for the future here's how to link and unlink accounts. I unlinked my account and relinked it and now they're trying to tell me that account was never linked before now yet its gotten warframe twitch drops for a year with no problem. It's very irritating dealing with support that doesn't listen and doesn't want to help. I'm more irritated by the responses from support than not getting the drop and I'll already regret coming back to this game now.
