[Kuva Siphon/Flood does not register cloud destruction [Fixed]]

Attempting the Kuva Flood today, I'm encountering the same issue. The interesting thing is that the braids aren't even reacting to the presence of the clouds. I've had the Worm Queen and the Lotus's screens pop up several times saying that the Dash had worked but it was not registering on the Siphon.

Coildrive bugged out, u turns before hitting trap and gets trapped on rails. Can't complete bounty.

I've been having the same issue. Mow them Down resetting no matter how much work I put into it.
