[Excalibur Umbra took over my control]

I was doing a solo mission on Oro and when I beat Vay Hek's first stage, I transferred out of Excalibur Umbra (or transferred into, can't remember) and the cut-scene initiated. Once that happened, I noticed my operator had vanished and my camera was stuck on my warframe facing towards me. After the cut-scene, Excalibur Umbra must have pressed 5 because my operator came out and used the beam-from-the-chest-thing and started to move on his own. Here are some pictures

 

 

 

unfortunately, I had to abandon the mission.

I was using only a Paracesis and a rank 22 Excalibur Umbra along with a Max rank Adarza Kavat and that is a headless excalibur left behind each time I transferred out of excalibur umbra after the glitch

This only happens for me in the plains, consistently too

[Zaw auto removed stance mod after latest Hotfix]

Didn't know why I didn't realize this sooner, but the weapon is acting as if the stance is still equipped, but I can't do combos and when I look at combos in the pause menu during the mission, it says I need to equip a stance mod, however I can still perform the stance's regular attacks

My dagger Zaw is doing the same thing, except it's right after I leave the upgrades screen.

[Desdemona manic glitch]

During this sabotage mission, I was supposed to go and kill Tyl Regor's "creation" known to us as the manic. however, when the manic disappeared from where it was initially, it turned into an Arson Eximus and was completely harmless. It acted like both the eximus unit and a manic at the same time. (looking around corners and then charging me while turning invisible along the way) It even gave out That eximus unit's buff for all the other grineer. I don't know if I just didn't know what to do with the toxin or if I was supposed to get a prompt to put it somewhere, but I ended up slowly killing it doing about 20-26 damage per melee strike using the Kestral which was level 16.  ( I probably won't respond to anything anytime soon)
