like some said your lich appears whenever they feel like you had your butt kicked enough, like after 1 or 2 deaths/revives. however i also remeber cases where my lich spawned outside of these conditions so honestly, god knows what motivates those liches to come aid you

if they really dont want to they can just skip the lich missions should they appear.

for starters look at their weaknesses if available and put that elemental dmg on your weapon(s). personally i also prefer to use a weapon with innate magnetic dmg to deal with the shield faster at higher levels. other than all that, just use the same thing you use to kill high level grineer in any other mission, like corrosive, radiation and perhaps even viral

none of them got deleted, their ranks were just reset and you were refunded the dirac used on them. you simply have to go to each one and max them again

the health leech only works when you are on the ground and will cancel mid way if you even jump. so maybe thats your issue cause i never had any problems with the reload

first off i dont understand how you "accidentally" created a lich. i would understand if you were looking for a specific type of lich and somehow made one that didnt match your needs but otherwise i dont. i mean the process is somewhat made in a way that you actively have to make a decision. and second while i can understand the frustation you have i also have to say that this was just a typical newbie mistake in my opinion and that you should reflect on that the next time.
speaking of a next time, i suggest only converting liches if they have an ephemera (you will get the ephemera and your stolen loot if you convert them, but not the weapon) or if you really like them for a reason and dont want to kill them.

having stacked status effects results in the proc being more effective. for example 10 cold procs on an enemy have a larger slowing effect than just a single cold proc. and higher status chance = more procs more frequently therefore increasing the effectiveness of gaining these multi procs more often

I will get straight to the point here: let Warframe Specters fill up matches.
The way I imagine this is basically like with the Index where the players team is made of specters for each missing player. This function would make the Conclave feel less empty overall and perhaps even encourage players to still play it since Specters will complete the teams anyway. Given that, the teams may even not need to be formed with AI controlled Specters since everyone joins assuming they will be. Of course, Specters would not be limited to the team modes and they will scale based of your rank with Teshin, going from Vapor Specters up to Cosmic Specters; like the ones you can deploy in your missions via the Gear wheel. Meaning that someone with the lowest rank will have Vapor Specters as potential allies/enemies and those who have the highest rank with Teshin will be joined by Cosmic Specters.
With this Conclave may be a relatively active gamemode again, making Conclave Rewards attainable again to the majority of the player base (I'm looking at you, Celestia Syandana) while also not having to play matches with only a very small amount of players who are eiher fresh newcomers to the game or that one vet that played the game since the moment it came out and has nothing left to do and dominates everyone. There would be actual "elo" within the Conclave unlike the two player skill levels I mentioned before, making everything more diverse as well.
This was my "optimistic approach" to reviving the Conclave, however I also thought of an alternative that may sound really bland but whatever. That idea is simply removing conclave as a whole and putting all the rewards somewhere else.
Conclave Mods will just be put together as drops amongst all the other mods from the PvE mode and Cosmetics such as the Riv Armor Sets, Conclave Weapon Skins and the Celestia Syandana would either be part of Invasions, Baro or Tactical Alerts. Coming back to the Celestia Syandana, since Conclave as a whole would be removed it wouldn't make sense to have the lightbeams appear by completing Conclave Challenges/Missions, therefore the beams shall be active permanently at all times.
Now I hope this post will spark some attention within the community and somehow, someway get to DE; cause honestly I kinda like Conclave in it's idea. Just the current state it is in right now kinda makes me upset

while the plexus wasnt personally as expensive as for some other people, i would still advise to reduce the cost of at least the rare rj mods by 20-50%. since endo and credits are already used for so many other things in the game, one might find it annoying to have to put aside just large amounts of resources for a railjack; in its current state at least.
i dont necessarily mind my former 6k+ hp ship going down to 1k hp but i still would have liked if i at least got a mk3 plating as compensation with the t3 early adopters bundle
