I completed my Frame Fighter pokedex after the Umbra hotfix and I didn't receive an email with the poster and it wasn't in my decoration inventory. I checked again later and it was in my inventory but still no email. Maybe there's a delay? How long ago did you collect all the frames?

When a "Chance to resist" Arcane protects you from a status proc your weapon disappears. You are still able to shoot but when you run out of ammo it's impossible to reload without switching away from the weapon and then back to it.
It happens every time Arcane Ice (heat resistance) triggers. Here is a video example
This also happens with Arcane Resistance (toxin resistance)
I assume this bug also affects Arcanes Healing, Deflection, Nullifier and Warmth but I don't have all of them.
This bug only happens if you have a melee weapon equipped. Without a melee weapon, resisting a proc won't make your current weapon disappear
It seems that the "resist" animation briefly brings out your melee weapon as can be seen in this slowed down clip
This bug doesn't happen if you're melee only or if you're currently using your melee.

Today's laggy item is the Fosfor Rahd X 20 Blueprint from Nakak
Master Teasonai's Caged Kuaka is laggy as well but it's only a 1-2 frame stutter.

Quickly moving the mouse through the Nakak and Master Teasonai's inventory causes the mouse cursor to bounce around. It appears to happen if the mouse is moved over the highlighted item's tooltip before it has a chance to fade. Here is a video of it happening
It happens ~30% of the time in the above video. Here is a slowed down and zoomed in video to highlight the bug
This bug only happens with Nakak and Master Teasonai

Nakak and Master Teasonai will sometimes have items for sale that cause the game to stutter if I mouseover them. The item seems to change each time their inventory is refreshed.
With yesterday's inventory (2018-08-19) for Nakak it was the Volt Mask. Here is a video of it happening
For Master Teasonai it was the Caged Kuaka that caused the lag, although not as severe as the Volt Mask with Nakak
Today (2018-08-19), after the vendors had their inventories refreshed, there are now different items causing the lag. With Nakak it's the Trinity mask

Master Teasonai doesn't seem to have any laggy items today despite having the same inventory as yesterday.
This lag persists through leaving and re-entering Cetus, restarting the client, changing the Display settings to high or low, different gpu driver versions, windowed mode, fullscreen and borderless fullscreen. Below is my DxDiag in case it's needed.
This bug doesn't happen with any of the other Cetus vendors.

Completing the exterminate mission on Carpo, Jupiter (Cloud Gas City tileset) without alerting any enemies causes the mission to complete without playing the Lotus dialogue. The one where she says something like "You have broken their ranks and they are on the run," "The enemy is broken," etc. If you alert the enemies the dialogue will play normally.
I tested these other missions:
- Extermination - E Prime, Earth (Grineer Forest)
- Extermination - Hellas, Mars (Grineer Settlement)
- Capture - Ananke, Jupiter (Cloud Gas City)
to make sure it wasn't the mission type or tileset and it seems to be limited to Carpo, Jupiter. Here's a video of it happening

In the corner of the room with the two big molten metal tubs there's a hole in the corner that lets you fall down to the normally out of bounds dark area below the map. Here's a video showing where it is

Hi, the Nosam Cutter stops detecting nearby mineral nodes on Planes of Eidolon. I'm not sure if I'm doing anything to cause this to happen but it's happened every time I've been on the Plains since The Sacrifice: Hotfix 23.1.3.
When the Nosam Cutter is first equipped it will detect nearby nodes but when you move away from the area where you equipped it it stops detecting new nodes. Disabling and re-enabling the Nosam Cutter doesn't fix the issue but switching into Operator and back to your Warframe does temporarily. Moving to a new area requires another Warframe->Operator->Warframe to see new nodes.
Here are two video examples. In both I'm on Zephyr Prime using the Advanced Nosum Cutter (I'm also set to Zenurik if that matters.) The Cutter shows no nearby nodes. I try disabling and re-enabling it and still nothing. I switch to the Operator and back then the nodes appear.
I had this happen on 5 trips to PoE in a row. It didn't happen on the 6th, but then it did again on the 7th.

I played around with this and figured out how to reproduce it. If you try to Dive Bomb within a couple frames of releasing the Tail Wind Hover charge you'll get stuck on the ground in the Hover charging animation.
It has nothing to do with Dive Bomb. If you try to use Tail Wind within a couple frames of releasing the hover charge it will cause you to get stuck, regardless of the direction you look.

Also, it'd be awesome if you made is so the syandana's wings stayed open during mission extractions the same way it does in Cetus/the Orbiter so I can show them off without needing to glide every 5 seconds

Found another bug with Zephyr's Tail Wind Hover. If you look down while charging Tail Wind Hover it will sometimes (rarely) get stuck. You are unable to use abilities but unlike the other bug it does not say "ability in use" when you try. Pressing Escape will break you out of this state.
