This is true. The Enemy internally is handled like any other ally/specter and will not halt the pace of a mission or stall mission completion. They WILL however take up spawn slots like Nekros' Shadows of the Dead, but considering just how many spawn slots are in a mission with other players this could be a non-issue.
Enthrall is more beneficial in Solo than with Teams but at the same time the bonus of gaining Overshields falls off as enemy scaling gets higher and it just becomes Selective Removal and aggro draw as enemies seem to prioritize targeting Thralls over the Revenant even if Revenant is the closest target. It's still effective at what it does and my personal issue with Revenant is the Reave skill. Outside of enhanced healing on Thralls which the base heal value is already plenty high enough considering the hordes of enemies that rush you later doesnt have very much synergy to its overall kit and currently clashes with Mesmer Armor which negates damage and CCs enemies. -
Using Vauban if you jump while on a zip line and hit the zip line with his Vortex Ability this is what happens. Upon trying to remount the Zip Line you will instantly fall through the line and be unable to Sprint, Jump, or perform any parkour.

So their Founders Pack does say its Exclusive Content. This pretty much means we are locked out of getting a Nikana Prime in our version of the game since its going to be the same thing as the Skana Prime and that Spiral Kunai or what ever Prime is going to be their Lato Prime.
Man all the people who suggested Nikana as the Next Prime sure arent gonna like this. Well I guess theres still Dragon Nikana Prime
But the biggest question now is.
When can the non-founders and consoles of our version expect to get our >>Light<< Excalibur Prime. Hur Hur
Dont Click this spoiler if you dont like salt on your popcorn.Still though the whole principal of Dark Excalibur Prime hurts but theres nothing you can really do about it so might as well just grit my teeth and move on.
And when I say Principal I mean sure its a seperate different Warframe but the big thing isnt the Dark in its name its the EXCALIBUR PRIME the prefix to Excalibur Prime being DARK meaning its a Dark REDESIGN of Excalibur Prime. You know the thing they said they wouldnt do when suggested by our community a bunch of times. -
Rebecca made a graph a while back in her usual fancy box style clearly showing DE is developing content for the game and being paid for their IP under contract with a Chinese Publishing service. I can try and find the picture again im pretty sure it was some where around the General Discussions Forum. If I find it ill Edit my post with it.
Without DE agreeing to it and for them to use their Warframe IP they wouldnt be able to do any of that. Also as shown with a "Behind the scenes Development" video in Chinese it showed our In-house devs designing and working on the products for the chinese market as well. I doubt you will find the thread with that video though since if I recall it was deleted by a moderator.

Warframe China supposedly has their own developers aswell as their own publisher. i'm pretty sure DE were not involed in the work on the "other excal prime"

So DE is developing content for both our version as well as the chinese version of the exact same game but are being pushed as being different because apparently china is the special little flower of a global product.
I dont even care that they are getting Excalibur Prime whats rubbing me wrong is the fact our forum community on and off for the past year was always asking for Excalibur Prime to have some form of redesign or to at least get PBR'd so hes up to par with the current visual quality of the other Prime Frames. Low and behind that very suggestion is now being handed over to the Chinese Version of the same game, Developed by the same people as an exclusive.
Why is the Chinese Version even getting a Founders Pack for an already well established game? You could say its to support the launch in China but you could have made that exact same arguement with the console version of the game since it technically is a different version of our game under a seperate publisher with its own update times behind the PC version.
Its just such a bad taste and I think some answers from DE on this would be welcomed considering the way they are handling things is generating so much hatred between versions while they pretend like we dont know. If anything I think some people should push the topic on a Dev Stream or something. This really does need answers.
Also the most the Console Markets ever got were Skin Exclusives and now China is getting full on Frame Exclusivity. I can only imagine the rage burning in some of them. -
Can you identify the things wrong with this picture?
Anyways I was messing around with mods and this suddenly happened. The Stance Mod was able to be placed in one of the bottom slots and it also reset my available mod capacity despite having mods installed.
This doesnt seem to be a common bug since I tried to replicate this incident 30 times without success but its still a bug that should be reported none the less.
It seems to have something to do with swapping configs on the weapon but thats all I could gather. -
Because being able to do over a Million Damage with Finishers warrants a buff lol.
I dont even find an issue with his Survival skills either... You are practically immortal as long as you dont get surrounded when you have Exalted blade out which with proper modding you can use pretty much infinitely.
Even if you do get surround you have Slash Dash and 2 Versions of Radial Blind at your disposal and if your running an Efficiency/Power Strength build they are dirt cheap to cast and dont even sacrifice too much duration then you just do the usual murder everything in one hit with your melee cause of the Blind Damage Multipliers.
Another thing I notice with Exalted Blade is that its nice little ability to PARRY ALL ATTACK coming at your front will persist during your attack animations, during skill animations and will even happen with 0 Stamina left. So as long as you mind your surroundings you arent taking damage from anything.
I mean it feels pretty good to be taking 0 Damage and Eviscerating any enemy I get close to all the way up into the Lv90s with a melee weapon. -
How about we just give Sniper Rifles a REAAAALLY high headshot damage multiplier to reward accuracy with a weapon thats meant to be accurate.

Someone whos name escapes me right now over at Nintendo went on record saying they REALLY wanted to do a Wii-U metroid game. Nintendo just has its head up its butt too much of the time and doesnt even consider fan feedback and just thinks everything its doing is the right decision even when it blows up in their face.

so stalker was changed too?
Nah hes just the same old Stalker from what I saw though he was using his abilities more frequently when I was far away from him he even tried to use Absorb or what ever Nyx's 4 was.

Try with a different melee weapon and see if it is because of your Ripkas or just because it has a high crit chance by default.
I tried it out with a couple of Melee weapons including Ripkas no mods and I was criting less with a low crit chance weapon compared to my 20% on Ripkas I was also attacking slower or faster depending on the weapons speed. Now im gonna go try it with NO melee weapon equipped and see what happens.
EDIT: Forgot to mention I was hitting less criticals but not by much so im guessing Exalted has around 10~15% base crit though its critical damage multiplier doesnt seem high all that high on its own.
EDIT2: I am also getting Status Procs on the weapon such as Impact and Slash along with Elemental status procs fairly consistently on its own its base damage is abysmal compared to when I have a melee weapon equipped though.

melee weapons do not affect Exalted Blade, only melee mods, or any mod that affect melee
Then clearly its not working as intended because my Exalted Blade is being effected by every stat on my Weapon since my Exalted crits like crazy with weapons that have high Crit like the Ripkas. It also attacks slower or faster depending on my melee weapon of choice.

They will definitely have to rework stalker's AI for this one...
So I was chugging along murdering everything with the new Exalted blade in a Tier 4 Void when the Stalker decides to pay me a Visit... He Disables my Exalted blade which I reuse instantly and get in his face.
His AI defaults to spamming his Melee attack when someone is up close to him so he WILL NOT use any abilities and because of how Exalted Blade acts his melee attacks are doing 0 damage as I proceed to kill him in 3 hits with my Exalted... It was pretty hilarious.
I was using a Crit Built Melee weapon with my Exalted it does like 98k Crits with basic attacks. I can only imagine how much it would do with some of the better crit melee weapons. -

My one problem with this event. While regor is ranting on how amazing his Tubemen are I am disturbed at the lack of calling them.

Okay serious time about the event I rather like it this Tile set is quite amazingly designed in its layout and I franky LOVE the design choice of combining the buildings with the Coral formations! I seriously just love that little touch.
Though I was expecting a little bit more vertical maps to go with the whole tall underwater lap structure but thats just a minor thing.
The Ambient sounds are nice in certain areas too and the fact you can see out into the ocean in most rooms.
This Event is also more visually interactive than any of the past ones involving you raising the water leveling and Electrocuting the oh so smartly placed test subject in a large puddle of water with the electrical thing hes attached to.
So what does everyone else think of this Event so far? -
They leak things into public builds quite often. I remember when they were experimenting with Warframe skins and they let the Alabaster Excalibur Prime skin leak into the public build and it even became usable for a time hell it wasnt even gonna be a real skin either.
Though I would buy the hell out of a Prisma Skana im a sucker for shiny weapons! -
DE shouldn't be wasting time making content exclusive for any one market(the few skins that exist are tolerable, because they a minor variations of something that already exists, they barely qualify as content). If its in one version it should be in all, to maintain the content flow. I am going to be really irritated if DE slows down content release for the normal version of the game because they are making exclusive items for the Chinese market.
Not to mention it would mean DE had lied to us time and again about Content not being purely exclusive to one version outside of cosmetics.
Nunchaku are something this community has been asking for fer ages and seeing our first semblance of it being presented in a section of a video marked as "EXCLUSIVE CONTENT" in a currently being worked on Tenno Reinforcement video from the looks of it or possibly another china trailer. I really shouldnt care all that much about a version I probably wont ever play but it just rubs me the wrong way for some reason even though I know we will probably get our own version in the future.

Im okay with Skins or cosmetics being exclusive to a version of the game but full weapons and warframes being exclusive? Thats a big no no to me.
If they do have fully exclusive content like that it was like i was slapped in the face when DE had told us time and again that NO VERSION of WARFRAME would ever have exclusive content outside of cosmetics.
If China gets Exclusive content just because of its cultural differences OVER THE INTERNET im going to be fairly upset and im probably not gonna be the only one wondering why China is so entitled to exclusive content other then money. This is just my ignorant view though since I dont really understand anything over there.
Its good for business to go where the money is but it still doesnt feel good as the community to be lied to about exclusive content. I can just see it triggering so many responses of anger from people and wondering where an exclusive for PS4 or Xbox is and then you will have the people who just dont care. -
The Grineer in this mission cant seem to hurt the Excavator but the Feral Kubrow enemy can.

I feel like it would add a better sense of progression and make Prime Frames feel a bit more special.
It could also justify actually making the Prime Frames Upgrades to the originals and making them more unique in other ways instead of just cosmetically or in terms of starting polarities.
Currently the Primes are just the things you spend hours grinding for just to look sexy, which is worth lookin sexy but I expected them to be a bit more.
Currently Volt Prime is the only Prime frame that has a noticeable difference from its original.
I mean come on its called a PRIME Frame but the only thing that feels Primed is how sexy it makes me look. -

Player Intent is important. This player legitimately didnt even try to contribute anything except the bare minimum specifically in a way to circumvent the AFK timer and nothing else while sitting in a place where he knows he wont die while the community makes excuses for this type of behavior just because its Frost. Even the Nidus managed to contribute to damage and kills despite its abilities being more linear and focused in a group with Mesa and Equinox.
This behavior is bad on BOTH sides and speaks to larger overall issues in the game and a part of its community mentality.
