[Unable to send chat messages/use enter key in UI]

Essentially what it says on the title. I can type into chat just fine, I just can't send messages. My enter key works everywhere else on my computer, but in Warframe it stops working. In addition to being unable to send messages, I cannot use it on the login screen. Is there a fix for this? I've heard that setting the chat key to enter works but I'm unable to do that.

[Unable to Scan Earth Frame Fighter Fragment]

I'm running Earth missions to get the fighter data for Frame Fighter. I ran into a fighter data fragment and I can't scan it because it's underwater. I do not have any fighters that come from Earth. I've attached a screenshot for clarity. Has this happened to anyone else?

[Landing Craft Cutscene Bug]

When the landing craft loading screen cutscene is playing, a static-like sound plays rapidly instead of the landing craft sound.
