[Ceres-Jupiter Junction Bug]

Encountering this bug pretty much halts progression of any new player to Warframe. This bug has supposedly been present since mid-2016 and during September 2016 a supposedly hotfix was made to fix this problem. It is now January 2017, and a solid number of players are encountering this bug including myself. Though I already have all planets unlock it is quite a disappointment for friends new to Warframe to lose interest due to a major story progression bug.
