Stats: can aim and fire gun while sprinting but less accurate shots than usual aim shots, max the mod gives more accurate shots.

(the idea is since we cant aim and sprint at the same time, this mod can make sprint and aim at the same time but to make it balanced the accuracy need to be decreased since it is not a regular aim shot, by maxing the mod it will give up to 90% accuracy)

i finished the download.. but my client freezes when i am in a game... it happened so many times and start pissing me off.. that never happened to me..
