[Melee Riven Mod Not Unveiling?]

Well that makes me feel dumb.. But what about the other riven mod? It said completed when I got the third cache, but when I got to my ship, it wasn't unlocked.

Also, with the exterminate, it did pop up at the start of the mission, so why would it do that if I'm supposed to do that alone?

[Melee Riven Mod Not Unveiling?]

Hallo! So, I've had two separate melee riven mods and did the mission requiring them: one was finding 3 caches and the second was completing an exterminate mission lvl 30+ undectected alone. With the cache one, I ended up having to do it twice because the first time, even though I found all three caches and the mod popped on my screen as completed, when I went back to my ship, it did not unlock. I did it again and managed to unlock it, but I should have gotten credit the first time. The exterminate one I did in a group with two friends as Loki, never got a "mission failed" notification on the mod, and even though I never got detected, it did not unlock even though my friends had the same unveiling requirement plus having the Hobbled Dragon Key equipped. They were able to get their mods unlocked as well as a guy who had joined us, but again, when I went back to my ship, it didn't unlock at all. I don't know why it's doing this when I literally have done what was required without fail and not getting the riven mod unlocked. I didn't know if it was a bug with certain missions or if it was just my game messing up, but I wanted to bring it up regardless.

[Kurbrow Companion Cannot Past Opened Door]

This is something that has been brought up several times, but I don't think anything has been done about it yet. :( It's only the companions that it happens too, not the sentinels. It really sucks.

[Defection Squad Bug]

Me and a group of others were doing an alert for a Defection mission and we were able to get the first squad to the ending zone without issues, but the second squad would not move from B to A even after telling them to move out. We agreed to let them die to try to get it reset, but the third squad that came up was bugged too. We couldn't get them to do anything and we died several times trying to get them to move out. I don't know if this is because this alert has to be done during the time that it is up and if it goes away while in-mission it bugs out (I joined the group at 4 minutes left for the alert) or if it is an actual bug for the squads you are supposed to be moving out.

Also, when I went into my codex to figure out what Defection mission was, I only had Deception in my missions tab. I hadn't done a defection in awhile, so I tried to figure out what it was, but was unable.
