[RJ - continuing to a second mission breaks stealth kills.]

Yes the current only way to fix it is to die and self revive causing affinty loss. Happens if you are host or not and even in solo only.

[Crew Ship Detonation Warp]

If you destroy a crew ship's reactor then wait inside the crew ship until the timer for the crew ship to explodes is finished you get placed in some kind of crew ship limbo. From here exiting the limbo crew ship will teleport you to another crew ship assuming that there is another one spawned. The warp happens around 37 seconds into the video. This happens regardless of if you are the host or not.

[Kuva Lich Ally Breaks Existing Ally]

If you die during a lich mission and one of your converted liches comes to help when your lich leaves everyone's companion levels to level 2 or 30. Then become marked for being a thrall so when your ally is downed if your team mates try to res it instead of resing is they will execute your ally and it gives the party a murmur. Other side effects are the ally's colours changing, the game saying your companion has expired and is alive, your companion loosing effects of mods, your companion suddenly having a random amount of health  and only health which is not effected by any healing source. Well maybe a negative damage gun from a riven. So yeah that is fun.

[Exodia Contagion Bug]

You have to be host for it to work I made a bug post about this as well yesterday. Basically go for host and if you don't get to be host your arcane pretends it does not exist.

[Zaw Arcane Exodia Contagion]

For one reason or another if you have the Zaw Arcane Exodia Contagion equipped on your Zaw it will only work if your the host of the session. If  you are not host the game acts like there is no arcane equipped. Not sure why being the host allows Exodia Contagion to be used but not when your not the host. It does not seem to be related to lag based on ping as I have my match making set to 100 ping max and at 100 ping the only thing in the game that suffers from lag is going in and out of operator form. The audio that is played during the back story section for Titania voiced by the research biologist only ever plays the audio for the first clip of info we get about her.
The correct text shows up in the text box for what she should be saying but she just repeats the initial message about her being selected to help with the Tenno project.
