My bet is on The New War goes full swing. Since Steve mentioned that they don't have access to their facilities (Mo-cap, and recording studio) they can't really do a full quest. Notice how the latest quest had very little new animations, and no New War cinematic. I think one reason they pushed it back to August 1st is so they have time to do the mo-cap work and get it in game for a "And it releases right now" moment.

When attempting to buy a skin or attachment from the arsenal screen, the text for the purchase button moves off of the button, but only after clicking on two different skins/attachments.

To be fair. these are sentient fragments. The giant "mother"ship, Eidolons(Even these are fragments), Natah, Erra, and Hunhow, are the producers of these smaller sentients. Or at least they were. IDK if that sludge from the Murrex creates them or if they just kinda exist in the sludge.

I think your biggest problem is doing it very late at night. Even on PC I've noticed that towards 1:30-2am relays start to dwindle. If you can, try from 3-9pm. That's is the highest peak I have noticed.

Seems like someone is new to the internet/twitch. Any game that has a twitch prime promotion uses the "Free with Twitch Prime" tag because anybody with a basic understanding of twitch can tell that it means that the loot* is free if you have twitch prime.
*Loot as defined by twitch: anything you get for having an twitch prime membership and clicking the little crown in the top right.

I think because there was a quest with Titania, they didn't feel one was necessary right now.

Are you saying this in relation to Scarlet Spear? Because you can do solo, public, and with friends.

After returning to dry dock from NSU Grid as host, I noticed that the Red Grineer Crew ship marker was appearing in my dojo. I found it stuck inside many of the rooms, but when I went to "decorate" to get a better view, it teleported into the dry dock. https://imgur.com/a/QqEYPu8 Is a picture. It was able to move around, but got stuck in that corner. Leaving and rejoining the dojo fixed the bug.

It is also Elder Scrolls Online's Psyjic skill line Ultimate. Start it spam abilities,run,get hit, then go back to where you were with the same amount of resources you began with.

The more points should mean it can be leveled up more than one with less points.

Pretty sure DE has stated that they want Railjack to be a massive part of the game going forward and not some side content.

So while browsing the forums and Reddit, I am seeing a lot of people saying that "The New War" won't be coming until 2020 since Empyrean hasn't been fully released yet. Normally I would 100% agree, but after Tennocon 2019's New War trailer Steve mentions that "There was supposed to be title committing to Christmas." I know that things can change, but since DE NEVER gives release dates I fell pretty confident.

I haven't gotten to far with mine, but I thought I remembered Steve said that the "Lich would grow with you" on a devstream. Maybe it only grows when you fail to kill it. Still find it fun.

Lately I've been seeing people rant about how long it takes to get all three words and kill your lich. While I do agree it should be a little shorter, the point is to have a villain that grows in power with you. This is not the Sergeant where you are supposed to go to his node, kill him, and get what ever he drops. The Kuva Lich is supposed to be a threat.
Sure you can grind and grind to get all the Kuva weapons, but why bother? Sure Mastery Rank is cool, but I've found it more fun to hop into some nodes I haven't been to in a while and kill some thralls.(My lich is on Earth, and I don't remember the last time I was on Earth).
All in all I love this update. Sure some people are mad because they can't spend 3 hours to unlock everything, but I like the idea of having an enemy that is not some random boss that I have to go to the same node over and over and hope RNG drops the blueprint I need so I can finish whatever I am building.

Nope. DE said that they want to “show what they ship” this Tennocon. It is likely that what they show will be in the big fixing/polish phase.
