[Stuck on Mods Screen]

Had a recurring issue where whenever I was above Riven Mod Capacity, upon attempting to leave my mods library the prompt came up for me to either "Dissolve Riven Mods" or "Ask me later".  Since I didn't want to dissolve my rivens, and instead trade them off, I clicked "Ask me later" but the game didn't exit the mods screen and instead had me stuck on it.  My cursor appeared to be behind the "Exit" button on the bottom left of my screen and I couldn't click it.  I couldn't press ESC either.  I could only view players' profiles and view/type in chat.  This was a recurring issue until I sold off my trash rivens for 6 platinum each (yes, I was that desperate to sell them off) and the bug hasn't happened since.
