I don't think it's taking advantage of anyone. If they're willing to pay that much for something then it's on them. I mean, sure the person selling could have easily corrected you or let you know but it's not wrong of him to accept the offer you gave him because you offered it to him.
However if you said you're new and wanted to a buy a vitality mod and he straight up whispered you saying I'll sell it to you for 100p that would be taking advantage of your situation but the fact that you gave him the absurd price of 100, majority of people would have taken it.
In life, an item's worth is what you as a person would be willing to pay for it, well imo anyway. I mean you see people willing to dish out hundreds for a pair of "beats by dre headphones" whereas I'm sitting here thinking overrated and overpriced. I mean if people want to spend a few grand on a Rolex compared to someone who can spend $2 to buy a cheap watch with the same functionality, which is to basically tell the time.
It's like owning a business that sells overpriced items, if someone comes into your store and is willing to pay for x item and when they come up to the register to pay, it's not like you're gonna tell them "hey man, don't buy this stuff from here. If you want, there's a store down the road from here which sells the same stuff but 75% cheaper, you should definitely go there"
If you were willing to do that, then you might as well shut down your store and not bother having one in the first place.
In OP's case, the buyer was indeed taking advantage because OP did say I quote:

......
Like you said, I don't think it's wrong for the buyer to accept OP's offer from a business perspective but buyer did make a morally wrong decision when OP asked if the price was fair.

Rocketai, I've just switched back to DirectX9 (was selected as DirectX10 for some reason) and optimised my download in the launcher options, and that seems to have solved my loading problems in game (now takes me about 10-ish seconds to load). Try that and see if it works

Have the same problem as well. I remember it used to take me about 10-20 seconds to join a public game (before U14.10), now it's taking around 1-2mins. Doesn't sound like much but that's six times the normal waiting time and I'd like to know why.

1) remove friend from friend list
2) add friend again
3) retry
4) repeat
worked for me most of the time
