[Top Frames atm?]

Hey guys, so i'm new to the game and i wonder wich Frames are good to have or currently strong. I play Frost Prime atm and am thinking about getting the next one. But i have no Clue what the Frames do and if they are good for what is needed later on or not. Would be nice to get some tipps what is currently the going to.
