    Any one else think the badges would look better WITHOUT the white words underneath?

    I'm all for not wasting space, but the words overlap alot and are also kinda redundant.

     

    Also if possible make an option for the badge to be alot sharper and stick out, or blend into the avatar, or to remove the background. Kinda like this: (Firefall).

    Wyrm normally last most of the round for if not regen will bring him back. You shouldn't be relying on your Sentinel. It really shouldn't die you should be killing them and taking fire just as much. Not just letting your sentinel do the work and take the heat.

    Do people no longer have reading comprehension skills?

    If I were to talk about how badly Sentinels are balanced for higher levels, this would be a completely different thread. Not to mention that is the most silly thing I have seen in these forums for an entire two hours.

     

    Also someone obviously has never played anything above level 30.

    I have my sentinels redirection vital are almost maxed and they still drop like flies on Pluto. Especially with the shield leechers.

    To the OP, the only solution is to have moderators with Iron rods, that is the only way.

    100% Disagree. Infact I am sure the moderators would even disagree.

    Atleast from the posts I have garnered from Ced and Blatant that is. 

     

    The same thing happened to Hawken and Tribes:Ascend forums. What happened was most of the non dedicated players (including me) left and the forums subsided to (mostly) happy conversations (of 1% of the original population).

    Stricter moderation will only serve to drive away the discussion to an area outside of DE's control, and when bad word of mouth spreads... that damage cannot be undone. Plus being labelled as Forum Nazis is not a positive thing.

     

    Alternatively, they could do what those two dev houses didn't do.

    ADDRESS THE ISSUE ASAP. Peoples patience wear thin after 3 patches which just irk people over and over.

    Granted DE have a fast patch cycle of every week, so it is not as bad as Tribes:Ascend of 1 a month, with 3 consecutive bad patches. But it is still bad. Infact I believe that even if the problems are remedied, there has been permanent damage done.

    Both to playerbase numbers and player trust.

     

    They did say that while they have a general image of what they want the game to be, they are not dead set on many aspects. This is the opposite of Hawken and especially Tribes, which had a preset universe.

    There is the flexibility of change. It is whether they choose to take it or not...

    After reading OP's post and the first page the first thing that came to my mind was the quote:

    "The bliss of comprehension. It is as if I am a beacon of knowledge blazing out across a black sea of ignorance."

    Did most people here skip highschool? Do schools not teach Economics? Social Sciences? Politics? Accounting? ALL of those subjects + more would have covered stuff like Price vs Demand etc...

     

    This kind of crowd pleasing argumentative style that is devoid of logical integrity is what stupefies the people. It is palateable to the mass that it is instilled with humour, which makes it an excellent device, but most of the time what I found is that only simpler ideas can only be represented this way, which is sad because most simplification ended up discounting a lot of important details on the issue at hand.

     

    All the equation given swerves the value of what is good to only simple one dimensional point of view I don't even want to give you the favour of explaining them line by line.

     

    There are relativistic values in uniqueness in that when a concept becomes common, the uniqueness is gone and is basically a non factor. Can you see this is a step down in quality? Yes your theoretical 'strawberry' does not taste any bitter, but try have some of this handpicked strawberries from the Alps. You think this is more delicious? too bad there's not much of it and so you need to pay more.

     

    I wish I can write this in a more economic, punch-liney manner like you did sir, but it seems that I rather come up with wall of texts rather than compromising the integrity of my point.

    yup. exactly. you got it. People who serve their countries military apparently has been reduced to

     

    a) only Americans

    b) soldiers who apparently decide to go to the worst places in the world to "get oil".

     

    Your comment would have had some microscopic tangential shred of relevance if you were talking about U.S. politicians. (hell, a lot of other countries' politicians too) But you completely don't know what you're talking about and are just jumping on the insult bandwagon by doing nothing more than throwing out cliche' words: "oil, stealing it from others, 'murica"

    Please do tell me what threat there is in this world that you need protecting from. Do tell. The fact that you are harping on and on about the most redundant sht while just completely waltzing over the idea that the only reason people are hoarding weapons is because OTHER people are also hoarding weapons. Because invading some distant country in the middle east is also protecting your family is it not? Such an honourable thing.

     

    And quoting memes is the best thing to do in an argument. Shows alot of class.
