[[CRITICAL BUG!] Mission Summary screen stuck in missions; unable to close!]

This has happened to me at least 4 times now, sometimes I was with a party, and others I was on my own. Sometimes it would take me back to my ship but leave me stuck on the progress/rewards screen with the only way to close it being alt + F4, other times it acts as though it's taking me back to my ship and then drops me back into the mission with a blank progress/rewards screen and again no way to do anything other than alt f4 out or bring up chat. It has happened on various missions now, a void mission, 2 alert missions.
