Wait for support, they're very helpful and like Saske92 said it takes 2-3 workdays that means until next week.

I had a similar problem where the enemy fell down the elevator and couldn't be selected or damaged from the top, so we loki'd it up and managed to get down only to find out we couldn't ground slam it, luckily some guy had some spectres so they did the job for us.

Usually when i stop playing ( 1 week or so ) i come back and get a nice 75% plat discount and treat myself to some and buy stuff, level them up, rinse and repeat.

Maybe it doesn't show because you have to be channeling to actually get the bonus % chance or just use a calculator.
EDIT. Wiki says that this mod + true steel = 100% critical chance boost

It depends on the day/time/planet some days it takes a while for me to find a group and sometimes i find one instantly.
I don't really mind since i prefer to play alone but if you want to play with more people may i suggest you visit the PC recruitment forum and try finding a group/clan/alliance.

I did it with neckros solo while using only starter weapons. and no mods.
Reading everyone's boasting and then seeing this comment actually made me laugh.
Anyways the event itself was fun because it actually got me out of my comfort zone with the number of enemies after 20 min " Holy lotus so many infested, let's do this! *press 4 on Valkyr* " also having a Oberon was nice, oh and Nekros.

Yes, i would play this if there's a high risk high reward scenario, but it's understandable that some players don't want to lose their stuff or don't like/see the point in the HC game mode.
My experience from D3 hardcore is so satisfying, except when my chars died from lag, but those OH SH*T i'm dead but in someway you survive to fight another day are awesome imo.
