[UI MR Xp progression error]

After playing Warframe for the day due to my questionable internet I was logged out. Upon logging back in I looked at my pause menu MR progression to see it was only a quarter between MR 9 and MR 10. I relogged to discover this was still the case. Upon checking my Profile however I saw that it said I was roughly 2/3, or where it was prior to my forced logout. I don’t know if this is a one time thing or if I’ll have to fill up my pause menu bar to rank up as that will set me back at least 3-4 weapons.

Playing in an Defence mission in the Orokin tower I discovered that when the Ignis is equipped and Exlted Blde, performing a stealth attack / execution on a blinded enemy would consistently result in the Ignis being used for the execution rather than the skana.
