How do they expect players to keep track of who they are playing with in matchmaking? Am I supposed to take a screenshot of the roster every time I get to rotation C on Sanctuary Onslaught? Could they not look at some sort of log to see that the BP dropped as the reward, but never made it to my inventory?

Last Friday, I finally got a Khora Systems BP. When I got back to the ship, it was not in my inventory. I opened a ticket asking for the BP to be restored and waited. When my support agent responded, he asked for most of the same information that I provided in my original request, which seemed inefficient. In the end, he closed my ticked without a resolution because I could not provide the names of the other 3 random players that were in my public matchmaking squad. Nice.

Has anything changed with the game today? Recent updates or anything that may have changed the difficulty of activities? I have not been able to get to Level 8 a single time in Sanctuary Onslaught. I have never had any issues before, and all day it has been nothing but players being AFK, other players wasting killing efficiency time by reviving AFKers over and over and over, other players going down again and again, and just simply not being able to keep efficiency up to Level 8. People seem underpowered maybe as well.
l failed to complete the Arbitration twice as well, due to inability to complete the objective. I have always been able to successfully complete these activities with randoms through matchmaking in the past, but not today.

I recently found out that I was using the wrong mod combinations for the various enemy types. I know how to add or change polarity with forma, but I am new to swapping current polarities between mod slots. I set up my A, B and C loadouts for Grineer, Corpus and Infested, and once I finish getting everything the way I like it on the first loadout slot, and move to the next one, I have realized that when I go back, the polarity swaps have reset. This happens over and over. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a bug with this functionality? Can anyone provide suggestions? I am on PS4.

This is the first time I have had an issue like this. The first time to submit a ticket. I know it isn't my internet, because I stream through Roku and have no problems, as well as phone and laptop that don't have connection issues. I know it is probably irrational, but it seems convenient that the Systems BP hasn't dropped until now, and then disappeared. I have read about so many other people having trouble with this particular part. I may submit another ticket. The rep I dealt with didn't come across as super competent, considering that they asked me to repeat information that was on the ticket.
