I really like new skin especially because it gives a different shape to work with.

The only complaint I have is that it's a little hard to match the textures or patterns of the other helmets to the skin. Nowhere near as glaringly bad as Nova's otherwise amazing skin recently. That things an oversaturated nightmare!

If you want radiation, don't bother with both fire and lightning. The blast adds heat anyway and you get one more potential status that way.

[Exalted Weapons and Arbitration]

I've thought for a long time that the whole "one random frame gets a boost' could be changed to one frame's abilities don't get blocked by arbitration drones.

I feel it would much more significantly encourage the diversity that the mode tries to push.

Of course the 300% power strength boost would likely need to be reduced somewhat.
