[Mars to Ceres Junction Broke]

I'm pretty new to this game and I've made it to Ceres Junction. I've done all the requirements but the last requirement "Refine a VOID RELIC once at the console in your orbiter" does not seem to want to complete. I've tried refining like 3 or 4 separate void relics and none of them have triggered the requirement. I'm not sure what to do. Am I doing it at the wrong place or is this just a bug?

GT is Texn
