[Allow for railjack scrapping without owning a ship]

You all do remember why that exists now right? people complained that wreckage was auto-scrapped when railjack launched, DE removed that, let people know the cap, and then made it so you cant go into a railjack mission without having empty capacity, kind of like sorties and rivens

Why exactly did they do this? oh right, people complained that those components might be better than what they had and how dare DE auto scrap something they didnt even know the stat rolls for.

Also, OP, you could have had your railjack built in the time it took you to hit that wreckage limit by now, especially if it took this long for you to realize it. you don't have an excuse to not have one at least built. as for others? If they hit the limit too again they have no excuse. Its cheap, and a "set and forget" type deal.

what is it with people and complaining about every change even if its somewhat good?

well then if cross-play cant happen, why cant we get synced progression, i mean it could work like how the migration from pc-switch worked, since certain items weren't yet, they were locked and you couldn't access them, but when fortuna came out we were able to use the items. We could hopefully get synced progression and cross play could be saved for later. I would be totally fine with that because then i could continue playing mainly on pc but if i had to go somewhere i could either take my switch or play at whatever console i could have access to. If we cant get cross-play, we could at least get cross-progression, that would probably solve 90% of the gripes people have considering the different platforms.

the only problem is platinum, which i would have to say would stay on whatever platform you got it on, there isnt a way for them to lock down cosmetics bought with plat but tennogen could still be restricted as usual. the only company i see having an issue with this is sony, because well its sony and they don't like that kind of thing.

I'm having the same problem, talk to an npc, go to the elevator, crash. it seemingly works at random but it is infurating to try and get through. could we please get someone to look at this?
