  1. For most projectile firing weapons (differentiating from beam weapons like the ignis or amprex) Multishot is a percentage stat that indicates the percent chance a weapon has per shot to fire an additional bullet. The additional fired bullet behaves exactly the same way a regular bullet would, having the same damage values, accuracy, crit chance and multiplier, and chance to apply status effects. When equipping a (non beam) weapon with a Multishot mod, you will notice that the status chance stat increases as well. The way to interpret this is the chance to apply a status effect per shot of the weapon rather than per bullet. More bullets = more chances to apply status. This property of multishot has an interesting and powerful side affect when considering weapons that fire more than one bullet per shot, often called pellet-based weapons due to their special interactions with multishot. The most notable weapon of this category is the Tigris Prime. There are plenty of videos explaining the nuances to this mechanic and how to exploit them for devastating results. The final note is that since beam weapons deal damage in a continuous fashion, and do not fire distinct bullets or projectiles, they do not benefit from the additional status chance that a typical weapon would. As a result, multishot mods are essentially just % damage mods in the case of beam weapons.

If you ever have questions about the fundamental mechanics related to damage in Warframe (since many of them are not intuitive or explained very well by the game) I would recommend checking out LeyzarGamingViews on YouTube.

    Hope this helps!

  2. On Keres - Cetus, the Lt. Lech Kril & Cpt. Vor fight, using Garuda's 4 ability - Seeking Talons - appears to make Lt. Lech Kril completely unkillable. His cryo pipes do not register hits and when he slams the ground he does not freeze himself. He never enters a vulnerable state to be dealt damage to rendering the boss unkillable and the mission impossible to complete. I do not yet know if this bug occurs with the other Lt. Lech Kril fight on War - Mars as well.
