if you want to have the most efficient weapons as veteran players ,only have to do one thing ,play and play.

first and foremost !!! if you want a balanced game,Players level 15 or less,They would not have to have access to certain weapons. otherwise what would be the difference of a veteran player and a novice.
and second!! if only know how to play with some weapons and Warframe, other players are not to blame. because asking both nerf or balance the game.
