• TYPE: In-Game
• DESCRIPTION: This a bug come with glassmaker nightwave is that when a Silver Grove's Specter get glassed it will not drop any mods and it only give glassmaker standing. This has implications for Silver Grove quest and Grove Guardian nighwave act (Kill 1 Silver Grove Specter).
• VISUAL:
• REPRODUCTION: go to silver grove ,use Apothic on the Grove's Shrine   to summon the specter then wait for glassmaker fissure to glass the Specter.
• EXPECTED RESULT: when the Specter killed it should drop a mod from its drop table.
• OBSERVED RESULT: when the Specter killed it will not drop a mod from its drop table and only give glassmaker standing.
• REPRODUCTION RATE: It happend every time glassmaker fissure appear while Grove's Shrine the specter is summoned.

Avionics Changes: 
When it comes to Avionics changes, there’s an overarching goal: Simplify Avionic management. 

• Each Integrated Avionic Type will now only exist with a single Manufacturer rather than three Manufacturer flavors. What this means is that there won’t be 3x variants of the same Avionic. 
• Consolidated Avionics have had their Avionic Capacity Drain altered so that on average the Integrated Avionics now consume 20% less. This ensures players can more comfortably fit the builds they want in the new consolidated system based on Feedback from the Public Test Cluster. 
• The ‘retired’ Integrated Avionics will be removed from players inventory via a script on login.
• The remaining Integrated Avionic for each Type will take on the values of the previously highest valued Avionic of its Type.
• ALL Dirac used to upgrade Integrated Avionics will be refunded. This applies to both retired and remaining Avionics.
• ALL remaining Integrated Avionics will have their Upgrades drained.

Not only that Kinetic Siphon Trap only grab the target once after that it cannot grab him again and Vauban's Bastille's vortex also cannot grab some enemies .

[Why penalize people that pass MR tests?]

The answer is to prevent trading throwaway accounts and dirty platinum scammers.  Because many weapons and rivens mods are MR locked ( Syndicate and Prisma weapons trading locked with weapon required MR and  Riven Mods can only be traded if both trading players have a Mastery Rank of at least 8 ) then you cannot create new account and start trading ! it will take many days to get the required MR which serve as way to deterring bad traders.
