I just did the Gift of the Lotus alert and I didn't get the Ingis Towsun skin and now the mission is gone.

Crafting the Hostile Merger Trophy does not seem to grant clan affinity despite saying it will.

Yes I've been having this as well. I was a bit worried my graphics card was dying since nobody else mentioned having this problem.

Adaptive Exposure (I think) darkening the screen for several seconds. Most noticeable on Hydron with a lot of enemies being hit. I tried messing around with various settings and adaptive exposure is the only one that seems to be causing this.

Stalker beacons were in Baro's inventory right before the ephemera where released, kind of a middle finger to anyone that didn't buy them.

No I'm not at all annoyed that I still don't have the blazing step ephemera after having spent hundreds of hours farming for it.

Yep, can confirm Khora is a beast in Index. I got my first solo John Prodman autograph using her.

For weapons I use a Catchmoon Kitgun (+Haymaker+Splat) modded for rad+crit with Pax Charge so I don't have to worry about ammo.
For warframes I use Nezha for the status immunity so I can ignore knockdowns and CC for when random enemies showup while I'm fighting it.

A Staticor with what seems like a invisible energy color. Unfortunately Shatter Shield doesn't protect from explosions.
He was actually much worse when the Staticor was buffed.

Well this seems like another case of unobtainable scans then because the Nightwatch Karak Lancer shows on the Simulacrum.
I've run the mission a few times with Helios and all I got is the Brunt Lancer and the Lancer with the Grinlok, the one with the Karak doesn't show at all.
Annoying but at least the other scans (minus Reaver) are complete.

They also left out the karak lancers.

Same, completed but not counted as complete when I got back to my orbiter.

At some point during the fight I lost the ability to switch weapons, not fun when I ran out of ammo for it, and I had to die to "fix" this. I also completely lost access to my melee weapon until I got back to Fortuna.

Yes, Auron and Hesperon count as "rare gems" for this even though they come from red ore veins.
Edit: and number of gems mined doesn't matter, so you can just skimp on quality. I'm unsure of how many it would count for if you get something like a Sentirum vein with a bonus gem target that is also Sentirum.
Yeah, the bonus counts.

I can't put Splinter Storm on the Coolant Cells after I place them on a fissure. Or rather I can, infinitely, to no seeming effect. The Coolant cells still seems to take the normal rather than reduced amount of damage.

Yeah I (or rather Helios) scanned all of them, I got a dialog to go someplace and do something (vague because spoilers) and I couldn't do anything to progress once I interacted with the terminal. I get back to my Orbiter and see all of the data-hashes marked as "Undiscovered."
