  1. The first ability sound great, the second and fourth is kinda meh cuz not every frames (i.e. Inaros, Nidus) can utilize the full effect, and third sound good. BTW, No Shield Nightmare mode gonna be true nightmare for obvious reason. At first glance I expect a frame that come with a riot shield as an exalted weapon though.

  2. Just thinking about something Russian and a joke, okay....

    Drink, Drunk, and Dance
    The warframe performs animation of drinking the whole glass gesture then player's vision becomes blurry and wobbly but still able to see the surrounding stuffs, the warframe start to dance lively a few second afterward. Advanced maneuvers (i.e. bullet jump, slide) is disabled, firearm dispersion will be bloom likes firework, and any attack thrown at will be reflected back with multiplied force. Useless additional effect: BGM will be changed to Russian themed instrumental party song with some traditional instruments.

    Hydroid actually has that stupid power.

    Mine would be Last Laughter. Releasing a cloud of laughing gas that spread in random pattern, enemies affected by it will start laughing and after 5 seconds they start losing health which increase damage over time. Laughing enemies still function normally except they move slower and shoot like a Stormtrooper, and they stop functioning after 12 seconds.

    Inspired by Joker from Batman.

  4. Update:

    2nd ability rework
    - Decrease energy consume to 25
    - The ability is automatically toggle off when fire a shot

    4th ability rework
    - Add ability control, holding corresponding button will detonate all IEDs at once.
    - Change self damage for armor buff by each shrapnel hit.

  5. The 2nd ability, the sprint part sound somewhat impractical. It's means you don't steer a joy pad button or mouse at all to maintain the momentum and it also don't make sense when you lose acceleration by turning a little bit. My suggestion is it reset when you stopped running or turning for the certain degree off your original path.

    Goblin is as weak as her name suggests in fantasy world but it's also as unusual as intelligence can be, exception existed. Goblin rely on cunning tactic to turn the tide of battle.

    Throw a metal jaw on the ground or directly at an enemy which will incapacitate and cause damage over time. Cause more damage on enemy that already suffering status effect or any abnormalities except Jaw's.

    Mount weapon that is currently wielding with muzzle brake that amplify gun sound to the level that is loud enough to stun and harm enemies (doesn't work with silenced weapon including bows and non-silenced weapon that installed noise reduction mod).
    Target self, two handed (upon activation), toggle
    Damage: 100/200/350/500 divided equally among Impact, Puncture, and Slash [Affected by Strength]
    Radius: 5/10/17/25 meters [Affected by Range]
    Stun Duration: 2.5/5/7.5/10 seconds [Affected by Duration]
    Energy: 0 (activation) + 25 per shot
    This ability don't break invisibility but enemies response to weapon noise. Automatically toggle off when fired a single shot (charging weapon doesn't count).
    Augment: Speaker
    Grant 20/25/30/35% status chance caused by this ability.

    3rd Ability: Drug Dealer
    Deploy a small self-traversable gun that fire nano boost dart at allies or toxin dart at enemies automatically (take priority on allies first). Each turret come with built-in cloaking device which will only uncloak itself when touched by nullifier field or taking damage.
    Target ground, two handed, cannot be recast until expiration
    Turret HP: 100/150/200/250 [Affected by Strength]

    4th Ability: Nasty Firework
    An improvised explosive device, IED for short. Throwing out likes grenade to stick it to some surface and wait for its prey with proximity fuse. The bomb contains an amount of explosive and shrapnel by default. Be advise, shrapnel can fly all over the place and bounce off surfaces. Allies hit by shrapnel get armor buff with each hit.

    Press to throw, and hold to detonate.
    Damage: 120/240/420/600 Blast [Affected by Strength]
    Shrapnel Damage: 80/160/280/400 divided by 20% Impact, 10% Puncture, and 70% Slash [Affected by Strength]

  8. An ok melee but a useless gun. Why? Because it has no barrel at all, barrel is what make gun a gun because it make the shot go faster and more accurate. And the gas leaked out of that gap is also dangerous which can tear your hand apart.

    Suggestion? Just strap a real bayonet (maybe a Fang blade) to a real revolver (maybe Vasto or Magnus) instead of a Swiss army pocket knife with barrelless revolver.

  9. Ummmm... You might wanna rethink about this. 3rd, autoaim and shoot. 4th, autoaim and shoot. And please, explain the passive in more detail.

    BTW, just reading through your concept, Juggernaut seems unfitted, it's more likes Aegis (as a direct reference to Aegis system on modern warships).

To be honest, I got this idea out of my rage toward an ‘adult’ who also my boss for her use of words at her comfort and disrespect toward others especially youths. I’m not gonna dig it deeper into drama between us, so other than the things I told you guy I gonna keep it personal (don’t PM me)

    Known in our time as SOTUS which adopted from military discipline. For each 1 ranked up she gets parameter multiply by 0.2 (she will get 2.0x parameter at rank 10 for example). When she’s down and teammate(s) come to the rescue, they will get 1 out of 4 buffs randomly including damage buff, speed buff, regeneration buff, and energy buff.

    1st Ability: Self-Righteous
    Respect adult, kids. Oblige what we say. Cast on herself to reflect 25/33/50/66% damage right back at attackers. Has unlimited range. Activation consumes 30 energy, and 6 additional energy per second. While active, tapping on allies to steal 5/10/15/20% of their HP and shield and pay them back with equal percentage of damage buff.

    Augment: Selfishness
    Reflected damage deal same additional amount of toxin damage and has 17/25/33/50% chance to proc toxin.

    2nd Ability: Self-Centered
    I’m right, you’re wrong, respect my word, respect me, you’re child be careful of what you saying. During activation an enemy who took her down will instantly get killed instead of her excluding bosses then she will be healed up full HP and shield. If allies presented nearby within 10/15/20/25 meters when the effect is triggered they’ll be healed up for 3/5/7/10% of her base HP and shield. Activation consumes 50 energy, and last for 10/15/20/30 seconds.

    Augment: Pride
    Add 17/25/33/50% viral damage to her attack.

    3rd Ability: Reversible Deal
    You must be crazy. I never say that and I want this right now, you must oblige, respect me. Cast on herself as AOE buff in radius of 10/15/20/25 meters. Allies in the radius get 12/18/24/30% armor buff based on her base armor value and 8/12/16/20% ability strength if their total durability (HP and Shield) is above 50% otherwise they will get 12/18/24/30% speed (including movement and reload speed) buff instead. Activation consumes 50 energy, and last for 15/22/33/45 seconds.

    Augment: Shameless
    17/25/33/50% chance that enemies in the radius will get electricity proc

    4th Ability: Untouchable
    My word is absolute, who are you and how dare you to disagree? Listen and obey me. Respect me. Unleash threatening aura in 12/18/24/30 meters radius, stun and proc toxin on both allies and enemies and set herself invulnerable for 12/18/24/30 seconds. Allies get stacking +17/25/33/50% slash proc chance regardless of their weapons. If they get taken down, they emit energy wave that deal 600/900/1200/1500 blast damage and proc toxin afterward in 15 meters radius if an enemy get kill by it, they will instantly be revived. Enemies get -17/25/33/50% speed debuff and 50% chance to get viral proc. Activation consumes 75 energy.

    Augment: Disrespect
    Increase 50/66/75/100% chance that affected enemies will get viral proc.

  11. Well, the name? FN MAG, that's it but it's not the thing I'm gonna present. I presents you a scoped machine gun. I got the idea while opening some topic I see a dude saying about this game needs a heavy automatic gun, well, couldn't agree more. And I'm not going to just make a regular machine gun with sniper scope but I'm gonna put some barbaric overkilling aspect into it. Here we go.

    The crankshaft is a tenno minigun with a long ramp up that fires Broncos at enemies. Whenever a bronco hits a target, it will fire in a random direction. Instead of a traditional trigger, however, the minigun fires by turning a crank.

    Well, FYI, that's actually traditional minigun trigger.
