[Not able to move character in my orbiter or reload weapons!]

Yesterday I began having this reoccurring bug. Every once in a while after a mission and i'm returned to my Orbiter I can no longer walk around my ship. Only the cursor moves when I try to move. Only thing that fixes this bug is to force quit the game and restart it. Also it is not the same but quiet frequently when i'm using any gun or melee weapon I am unable to reload the weapon without swapping to a different weapon first. With the melee it does a similar thing where sometimes when I am using melee combat I stop being able to melee. At least until i swap and shoot another weapon first. I am on a PS4 Pro with all the current updates and using a default controller if this information helps.
